Kashan Hamadan and Mashad

Industry sources have informed me that in the week ending June 24 Kashan rugs Hamadan rugs and Mashad rugs accounted for just over half of all new Persian rugs sold on-line. There are also indications that this Summer is shaping up to be a strong season with less of a drop-off than typical of Summer.

Sarouk Rugs Sales Drop while Tabriz Rugs Surge

In a surprise move Tabriz Rugs went from fourth place in sales to number one while parenial favorite Sarouk Rugs dropped out of the Top Ten. Overall sales figures show Tabriz Rugs about doubling their market share from April. Kashmar Rugss stayed strong in on the basis of good value with unique designs. Over all internet rug sales stay brisk as the weather warms in the US.
